It is also home to a vibrant athletics team and a rodeo team which was ranked number one in the country by the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. The college is also home to a digital learning center which consists of over 300 networked computers and a state-of-the-art media center.

The School of Business at the Utah Valley State College offers a paralegal studies program for students looking to begin a career as a legal assistant or a paralegal. Students can opt for an AS or BS in paralegal studies, which are approved by the American Bar Association. A minor in paralegal studies is also available.

The paralegal courses will teach students the ethics and responsibilities that go with working in a legal environment. Students will learn management skills and develop their communication skills as well. The courses will also focus on the basics of the functioning of the legal system and cover subjects such as dispute resolution and litigation.
