Bay Path College was established in 1897. It is a private college for women located in the city of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, USA. The college has a 48-acre campus in Longmeadow and an off campus center at Charlton Sturbridge. There are around 1,400 students enrolled in various courses of Bay Path College. Over 70% of first-year students are provided residence accommodation on the college campus.

The Legal Programs available at the college include a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, an Associate in Science in Paralegal and the Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies. All these legal programs offered by Bay Path College are approved by the American Bar Association (ABA).

The Bachelor of Science degree prepares students for a professional paralegal position. Students are recommended to pursue an internship of 120 to 240 hours. The Bachelor of Arts course combines a strong liberal arts interdisciplinary approach with legal theory courses. Both courses also grant students the Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies.

The Associate of Science degree is a two-year program that gets you ready for entry-level paralegal positions. Here students are required to take three legal specialty electives. They may later use this degree to complete their baccalaureate. The paralegal studies certificate program is suitable for students who have received their associate or baccalaureate degree or have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours of Bay Path College courses.
