Description
Lamson College is located in the Pure Fitness Plaza in Tempe, Arizona. Lamson College is known for its short programs, small class sizes and hands-on training. The faculty consists of professionals who have a strong academic background as well as work experience in the subjects they teach. The college maintains the policy ‘The Students Come First’ and provides an enriching educational experience. Lamson College offers a Paralegal program which awards you an Associate of Applied Science degree. The program is designed to prepare you for a career as a paralegal. It contains classes which teach you specific skills such as legal writing, analytical thinking and computer application in legal research. A paralegal assists a lawyer in performing many legal tasks for which the lawyer is responsible. Some of these tasks include conducting legal research, investigating facts and interviewing clients. The paralegal program provides ample training in these areas and more. Graduates of the paralegal program are prepared to succeed in the Certified Legal Assistant examination. The CLA is a program that students may opt for and is provided by the National Association of Legal Assistants. There are various student services available at Lamson College. The faculty and staff are always available for advice and counseling of any kind. If you need tutoring in any course, the Director of Education schedules it for you because the main aim of the college is to make sure you graduate.
